There was a lot of interest in lightsaber and sword making. Rolling the paper can take patience and dexterity but with perseverance and a little bit of duct tape friends prepared to battle.

Livio noticed Ike had created a shield and decided he needed one to help during his sword battle. Thank goodness for cardboard boxes.
The last couple of days friends have been playing bank robber. Making money and hiding it so the bank robber can't steal it. Today, Max decided to create a bank. Using a cardboard box he wrote BANK on the side. Now he needed to get the money. In true Pre-K style we made our own using colored paper.
Ren decided to make a one hundred dollar bill so that he and Henry could go to Target and buy toys. They found a box and placed a bullseye on the side using red tape.
Charlotte made Pizza. She spent all morning carefully making the crust, sauce and toppings.
After making signs for her store and the money. She handed me a ten dollar bill and agreed to deliver my pizza. Great service and a tasty pizza.
At the end of the morning I asked the class to draw a memory from Spring Break in their journal. The plan was to read another Three little pigs book but we noticed it hadn't started to rain yet. We took a vote. Do we read the books then go out, or just go out. Going outside won with twelve votes.
